About
I take IT, HR and finance transformations from the first concept to a running operation. I have worked as a consultant since 1998 and have run my own firm since 2003. In that time I have led programmes in banking, pharma, media, aviation, healthcare, manufacturing and the public sector, in German and English, with good French.
What I bring is the whole path: the business case and target operating model, the design and build, the roll-out, and the handover into operations. Where a programme has stalled, I take it over, find out why, and bring it home.
